Welcome to Merivian Villas.

By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations & Payments

Reservations can be made through our website or partner platforms.
For bookings made through our website or partner platforms, the full amount is charged 10 days prior to arrival.
For direct bookings, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation, while the remaining balance must be settled 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Use of Property

Merivian Villas are designed to offer a peaceful and private environment.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Exceptions may only be considered in the case of a full property booking and strictly upon prior request and approval.
Guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities, and the surrounding environment at all times.

Occupancy

The maximum number of guests per villa must not be exceeded unless prior approval has been granted.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any damage or loss must be reported, and the cost may be charged accordingly.

Liability

Merivian Villas are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Guests use all facilities, including swimming pools, at their own risk.

Force Majeure

Merivian Villas shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy

Any personal information provided during the booking process is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for reservation purposes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
