What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
What is the minimum stay?
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
Are parties or events allowed?
At Merivian Suites, we prioritize a calm and private environment for all our guests, which is why parties and large gatherings are not typically allowed.
In special cases, and only when the entire property is reserved, small events may be considered upon prior request and approval.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Can professional photo or video shoots be arranged?
Yes, professional photo or video shoots are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Is a baby cot available?
Yes, a baby cot can be provided upon request.
What is the room rate?

Payment and Cancellation
Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the hotel?
For reservations made through our website or partner platforms, the full amount is charged 10 days prior to arrival.
For direct bookings, a deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 10 days before arrival.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.
Do I have to send my credit card over the Internet to book a reservation?
A credit card is required for all reservations. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.
What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, the total reservation amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the full stay will be charged as originally confirmed.
